This is not mentioned in their\u00a0<a title=\"release notes\" href=\"http:\/\/help.elgato.com\/customer\/portal\/articles\/1139647-eyetv-3-release-history\" target=\"_blank\">release notes<\/a> so I found out the hard way after upgrading.
